Business Leaders to Discuss Enterprise Publishing Strategies at 10th Annual Arbortext User Group
Arbortext will host the 10th annual global conference on Enterprise Publishing. Companies that publish large amounts of information, such as technical manuals, pharmaceutical product information, legal information and software documentation will gather at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, May 18-20, 2005 in Orlando, Florida to discuss strategies to streamline their publishing processes.
This year’s event will feature 60 sessions covering a broad range of topics, from an introduction and basic understanding of enterprise publishing and its business application areas to in-depth case studies.
Attendees at this year’s Arbortext User Group International (AUGI) will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in two days of optional, pre-conference tutorials. Tutorials offered include Advanced Application Development # AOM, ActiveX, XUI, Content Pipeline; Introduction to Styler; Intermediate Styler; Understanding of SGML, XML and Arbortext Products; Introduction to Schema Syntax; Multichannel & Publishing Distribution; Standards Immersion; and XML in 3B2.
- Listen to customer success stories. Arbortext customers will be showcasing the value of their Arbortext applications throughout the strategic, application and product tracks. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions about the implementations and learn 'tricks of the trade' that only insiders can share.
- Attend the quick-emersion day in the executive track. This track is intended primarily for executives and will help the attendee understand how enterprise publishing is critical to the organization.
“AUGI provides an excellent opportunity for companies that regularly publish large amounts of information to have peer discussions on best practices, meet with industry experts, and review Enterprise Publishing solutions with providers,” said Terry Welty, Vice President Corporate Marketing at Arbortext. “This conference provides real value and I'm looking forward to an exciting, information-packed week.”
