AEM Customer Support Council Seminar
The motto of the next Customer Support Council Seminar is "The Profit Power of Customer Care". ITEDO will be contributing to the program with the following speech: "Added Value through Better Service and Parts Publications". Abstract: A major portion of revenue is generated from aftermarket sales worldwide. However, a lot of time and money is needed to cope with faulty parts orders and slow performance of service repairs. Sigrid Weidenbrueck from ITEDO Software will outline how companies can make product servicing and spare parts ordering easier by improving service manuals and parts catalogs. She will also explain how good documentation can help achieve speed and accuracy in the performance of service repairs and increase spare parts revenue.
