How can the automatic generation and revision of an electronic catalog be best achieved?

The goal is to eliminate manual work steps during generation and revisions.

The catalog is automatically generated from existing data because the links are determined and written according to fixed rules of a program. This makes the revision process easy, since during each generation of new catalogs the links are also recreated.
