Since the viewing software of the catalog might not be yours, you will probably have to acquire the license rights in order to distribute it.
You should check the following:
- What kind of licenses does the software use?
- Do you have the rights of use and the exploitation rights for a catalog that was programmed by external people for you?
- Are there annual associated costs?
- Are the licenses dependent upon the version or a specific quantity?
If possible, try to realize a solution that allows the free distribution of the completed catalog. For example a free web browser permits this, or else a one-off license, as is the case of the IsoView viewer for technical illustrations.
