ITEDO Software GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We want you to know when and which personal data we save and how we use them. Due to the fact that we are a company pursuant to private law we have to respect the regulations of the German Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG). We adopted all technical and organisational measures to guarantee the compliance with all regulations of data protection by our external service providers and ourselves.

Subject of this Data Protection Declaration
Personal data is all information, which can refer to your identity, that is for example your original name, address, postal address, telephone number. Information that does not directly refer to your original identity (as for example favoured websites or the number of users of a site) is not affected.

You can use our online services basically without disclosing your identity. In the event you order a product we will ask you for your name and other personal information. You are free to answer these questions.

We will save your data on specially protected servers in Germany. The access is reserved for specially authorised persons, who are responsible for the technical, commercial or editorial maintenance of the servers.

While attending our website, data is saved that might refer to your identity (for example IP-address, date, time and visited websites) but only for security reasons and not for personal utilisation. The statistical analysis of anonymous datasets will be reserved.

You have the right to correct, supplement, or delete any saved information or settings referring to your identity at any time. Data for purposes of billing and accounting is not affected by termination or cancellation.
