We utilize technology provided by Genesys to host these Webinars, and are pleased with its reliability and ease of use. What kinds of presentations and trainings do you offer?

• "Mini" Trainings for Premium Service Customers
  These trainings are a free service exclusively for Premium Service Customers. They cover background information and tips & tricks about a specific user topic.   
  
  
• Update Presentations
  Upon release of a new product we demonstrate the new functions in a short presentation. This type of presentation is very popular with customers as well as prospects.
  
  
• Product Presentations for Prospects
  We offer these presentations to prospects in order to inform them about our products. In these presentations, the most important functions are demonstrated and the software is shown in practical use.
  
  
• How do I learn about your presentation schedule?
  These dates are announced in our newsletters as well as on the Portal.
   

Genesys - The Technology

• What is Genesys?
  Genesys allows you to see all the onscreen actions performed by our presenter. This is not a pre-recorded demo, but all live! The only hardware requirement for you is internet access and a correctly configured MS Internet Explorer.
  
  
• How can I check if my Browser (Internet Explorer) is configured correctly?

• Are the demos audio-visual?
  Yes! Every action you can see on the screen will be explained by our presenter. The transmission is carried via a conference line.

• Can we ask questions during the presentation?
  Theoretically, you can also ask questions during the presentation, but note that there will be plenty of people on the line. Therefore, we recommend that you send us your questions after the presentation to SalesUS@itedo.com!
